We employ 200 staff across our residential aged care facilities in the following positions: personal carers, endorsed enrolled nurses, registered nurses, physiotherapists, physio aides, lifestyle coordinators, cooks, assistant cooks, kitchen hands, cleaners, laundry workers, gardeners, maintenance and bookkeepers.
Each site also employs a management team: Centre Manager, Head of Care, Two Clinical Care Managers and Head of Hotel.

We maintain a training program for each individual staff member which consists of a range of mandatory training modules essential for working in aged care, and further optional training for those staff wishing to advance their career or just learn more about industry.
We also offer a subsidized gym program for our staff through Goodlife gyms where they can enjoy membership at a third of the normal price. This has been a very popular initiative.
