Current Opportunities at Superior Care

Superior Care Group is seeking an outstanding motivated aged care professional with leadership aspirations to lead the Care team at our recently accredited 94 place aged care service, Wellington Park Private Care, located at Wellington Point. This service provides high care and dementia care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervision and accountability of clinical care; 
  • Responsible for all clinical care;
  • Support Centre Manager;
  • Accountability for accreditation standards;
  • Investigation and reporting per the Serious Incident Response Scheme;
  • Overseeing AN-ACC with the AN-ACC Liaison;
  • Resident care plan development using the Lee Care clinical documentation system;
  • Maintaining family relationships, negotiating care planning outcomes;
  • Staff education and professional development;
  • Recruitment, rostering and human resource management in liaison with the Centre Manager.
  • Available on call over the phone to provide support to clinical staff on a rotating basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervision and accountability of clinical care; 
  • Responsible for all clinical care;
  • Support Centre Manager;
  • Accountability for clinical accreditation standards;
  • Investigation and reporting per the Serious Incident Response Scheme;
  • Overseeing AN-ACC with the AN-ACC Liaison;
  • Resident care plan development using the Lee Care clinical documentation system;
  • QPS- Responsibility of QPS benchmarking reporting
  • Maintaining family relationships, negotiating care planning outcomes;
  • Staff education and professional development;
  • Recruitment, rostering , phone support and human resource management in liaison with the Centre Manager.

Superior Care Group is seeking outstanding motivated Registered Nurses to join the Care Services team at our new 94 place aged care service in Wellington Point. This service provides low, high and dementia care.

Key requirements

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Experience working in Aged Care would be an advantage
  • Most important will be your excellent customer service skills and your passion for delivering high quality care
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa

We have Assistant in Nursing permanent part time and casual shifts available. Majority of shift availabilities on offer are for afternoon or weekends. Our afternoon shifts start at 3pm and finish between 8 – 11pm. There are only holiday or sick leave relief shifts occasionally available for morning shifts. Minimum 30 hours/week will be offered to successful candidates.
