I’m relatively new to Wellington Park Private Care and I have found all staff very caring, helpful and prepared to give me time. I suffer a lot of back pain and at night it’s never too much trouble for the staff to apply the hot pack more than once, ensuring I get a good nights sleep. I love going to the Eden Farm to feed the little horse and goats. The Lifestyles staff go out of their way to keep us informed of activities, which they put a lot of effort into and I’m never pressured, only encouraged to join in. I am always reminded it’s my choice.

Merrimac Park will open its second facility in February

Superior Care Group commenced operations at Merrimac in our Raffles service back in December and this 32 place service is now fully booked. We are presently taking bookings for our 64 place service, Ritz, also located at Merrimac.

We continue to offer vacancies for low, high and dementia care. Low care vacancies are becoming limited and applicants are expected to pay a $450,000 bond. This amount is negotiable depending on asset assessment. There is a waiting list for concessional low-care vacancies. High care vacancies (both concessional and non-concessional) are still available presently.

There are many options available for residents who do not wish to sell their home or have other assets tied and so cannot pay their accommodation bond immediately. We can help you structure your affairs through a flexible resident agreement which enables you to enter ourn service today without waiting for the sale of property. I like the Eden Farm very much, as I love animals, and enjoy our walks to the farm. My room is quite nice and I’m happy with it. I enjoy the activities, as there’s always something on during the day for me to enjoy. Meri and Prue are always very caring and nice to me. The staff here are too always very friendly.

I would recommend Wellington Park Private Care to anyone. My husband, Col has been here three years and is very content. The atmosphere here is very friendly and the staff are always very kind and caring.
