Superior Care Group commenced operations at Merrimac in our Raffles service back in December and this 32 place service is now fully booked. We are presently taking bookings for our 64 place service, Ritz, also located at Merrimac.

We continue to offer vacancies for low, high and dementia care. Low care vacancies are becoming limited and applicants are expected to pay a $450,000 bond. This amount is negotiable depending on asset assessment. There is a waiting list for concessional low-care vacancies. High care vacancies (both concessional and non-concessional) are still available presently.

There are many options available for residents who do not wish to sell their home or have other assets tied and so cannot pay their accommodation bond immediately.
