Superior Care Group is a family-owned residential aged care provider operating homes at Wellington Point and Merrimac.  We are seeking an Group Clinical Lead to assist the Group Manager with implementing best practice clinical standards within the organisation.

The position is full-time and work modes can be negotiated flexibly with the Group Manager, Aged Care.  The role requires regular attendance at both aged care homes and consideration will also be provided to occasional remote work for desktop work components.  

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in quality audits and reviews.

Merrimac Park is a 96 bed modern, yet well-established Gold Coast Aged Care Service, offering high-quality levels of accommodation and privacy. The service is set amongst privately owned acreage, located just minutes from Central Gold Coast with the Robina Hospital and Robina Town Centre Shopping Centre.

The Registered Nurse, in consultation with the Head of Care, Clinical Nurses and the multidisciplinary team, provides nursing leadership of the facility. The RN works collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians, carers, residents, families, support staff and relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective resident focused service.

The Registered Nurse will prioritise their own work within established policies, guidelines and procedures and are responsible for work performed with a substantial level of accountability and responsibility. Registered Nurses will oversee a team of Enrolled Nurses and AIN's throughout their shifts, providing support and guidance and ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents.
