Christmas Celebrations

At Wellington Park, we celebrated Christmas twice. In both buildings, residents gathered in the activities room for lunch in early December and then again, on Christmas Day.

During our first celebration, we had an entertainer singing while we ate and had a surprise visit by Mr. Frosty.

And on Christmas Eve, Christmas Carols were heard throughout the buildings with everyone singing along.

Christmas and New Year Arts and Crafts

December is Christmas, and it’s full of decorations and food. Our daily groups got involved in cooking Christmassy snacks as well as creating displays for the walls around our home.

Celebrating Birthdays

With cakes made on site, every one of our residents had their birthday celebrated and as they choose.

Around Our Home

To have the ability to choose how you spend your day is important and encouraged from our residents, so everyday, as you walk around you will always see them doing what they like to do. From small to large groups, with family and friends or simply on their own.
