We understand that care needs can vary at different times, which is why we offer all levels of permanent and short-term care, including emergency respite, planned respite, and carer relief, as well as specialized dementia care.
Our Merrimac Park Care Team includes a Head of Care and Clinical Nurse Consultant who assists our Registered Nurse team. Our registered nurses are available at the touch of a button if assistance is needed at any time, 24 hours a day.

Merrimac Park’s Superior Private Room is a single room which includes your own private ensuite. These suites are large in size in a secure environment, providing peace of mind and safety. Residents also have full access to a protected outdoor area with a stunning view of the gardens and surrounds. The room also includes easy access to the activities room.

Our Merrimac aged care home has commercial kitchens, a chef on site and a menu designed by a specialist aged care dietitian. We ensure all residents get a large variety of healthy, well-balanced and nourishing meals every day.
Our dining rooms are well furnished and have enough room for residents relatives to come and have a meal whenever they choose to do so.

Our Merrimac nursing care home have their very own Head of Hotel Services, responsible for our residents’ needs and family requests when it comes to catering, laundry and cleaning management. This is an exclusive service offered only by the Superior Care Group.
Events such as birthdays and anniversaries can be catered for and celebrations made easy, special meals or Family BBQ’s are a breeze at Superior Care Group with the help of our Head of Hotel Services.

There are many secluded sitting areas throughout our Gold Coast nursing home where residents and family members can meet and enjoy each other’s company. The Pavilion is very popular on weekends, catering to outdoor get-togethers and functions. With an outdoor covered BBQ entertainment area overlooking the green, it’s perfect for when family comes to visit and enjoy the Gold Coast weather.
Our Merrimac aged care residence has beautiful lush exteriors with winding walking paths and perfectly manicured gardens. Residents are surrounded by nature, with peaceful trees, extended wildlife, and a fantastic herb and vegetable garden to ignite the senses.
