colorful days at wellington park private care

July Offered Colorful Days, Winter Sunshine, Games, and Entertainment!

Cultural Events

Last month was colorful and inclusive.

Alice and the Madhatters (a.k.a. ‘the staff’) got together for tea-party at Wentworth. While in Stanford, the residents had fun with Bastille Day. They started by making mini quiches in the morning and finished off with an afternoon tea with mini croissants and macarons.

Volunteering and Entertainment

We are fortunate to have a loyal group of volunteers who visit regularly individually or as a group. They come as entertainers who don’t fail to bring joy to all of us – thanks to The Circle of Men, Tai Chi with Ellie, and Silver Memories Roadshow for coming last month.

Getting the Job Done!

No matter where we are, work always seems to follow. Our residents face them with love and smiles on their faces.

Around our Home

Residents head outdoors to enjoy the Winter sunshine, listen to music and take part in active and fun floor games, table games. They also enjoyed being creative during the Writers Book Club and arts and crafts.
