Family owned & operated

We are family owned and operated with decades of experience in providing quality personalised, tailored care for residents. Superior Care Group acquired our first aged care home in 1979, being Wellington Park Private Care.

In 2011 we opened our newest residence, Merrimac Park Private Care. Our Management team are well equipped with decades of experience in the aged care industry dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Why Superior Care?

We pride ourselves on providing personalised quality care, with a genuine interest in the needs of our residents and their families. Superior Care Group is family owned; our directors have been running our homes continuously since 1979. There is no bureaucracy in Superior Care, our Open Door Policy means that we will rectify any mistake on the spot! 

Our homes are surrounded by nature. The directors intentionally designed homes which are not in high density locations. Both aged care homes enjoy ample open spaces, gardens and walking paths for the enjoyment of our residents and their families.

Our Core Values

Superior Care has an Open Door Policy that states any of our residents or residents’ family can contact our Management team or the directors at anytime. We believe this to be one of our leading advantages over our competition and encourage our resident’s families to benefit from it.

All Superior Care staff undergo mandatory in-house training, including training in our values and proprietary Customer Service course CRCCI.

CRCCI is a set of guiding principles and core values which help personal care teams flourish and reach meaningful personal goals.
