Dementia Care
We understand that living with dementia is a difficult and challenging journey and our goal is to ensure that you feel respected, protected, and valued in a supportive environment. Our team is committed to providing a caring atmosphere for individuals residents living with dementia and other challenging behaviours.
Our staff are trained dementia awareness and resident needs, and our clinical team liaises with public mental health services to ensure our dementia residents live with dignity and minimal chemical intervention.
Nursing and Support Services
physiotherapist and allied health services, who ensure that residents receive consistent, competent, and friendly person-centred care. Our homes have 24 hour registered nurses.
We are working towards the Commonwealth Government’s Mandatory Minimum Minutes program which commences in October 2023.
Palliative Care
Our care team is trained in working with your family during the end-of-life journey, providing dignified support and respectful pain management. We liaise with public health palliative care support services.
Respite Care
We offer respite care for all durations. It can be emergency respite for an unexpected care need, or planned respite to assist with carer relief. You can schedule a respite stay to evaluate our home which can convert into a permanent placement.
Supported Residents
We also welcome supported and partially-supported residents whose fees are based on their pension income. This is subject to supported place availability and government means-testing.
