Our Student Placement Program offers a chance to support the growth of students in the aged care industry by offering hands-on learning opportunities and understanding of residential aged care.
We provide a positive learning atmosphere through our program, which includes structured, real-world work experiences, allowing students to acquire the practical skills necessary for their chosen field.
A pathway to employment
We have a history of hiring individuals who have finished their placement with us and also engage with people on a part-time or casual basis while they complete their qualifications.
Superior Care offers placements to students who are studying:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Diploma of Nursing
- Bachelor of Nursing
