Australia Day

Creating tasty vegemite pinwheels, enjoying games of Pin the Tail on the Roo, Thong Throwing and Australian Trivia. This is Australia Day at the Wellington Point Elderly Care!

Kids and Pets

Every month we take pleasure in hosting Maggie Moo parents and toddlers. Residents and kids spent an hour interacting through music and fun ‘little people’ games.

Residents also were actively involved in both doll and pet well-being sessions.

Music for Memories

There is always music of all genres playing throughout our home. Visiting entertainers certainly do know how to work their audiences.

The Circle of Men visited Wellington Point Elderly Care weekly. They ended each day with a sing along which all our boys enjoyed.

Keeping Active

There were a range of activities throughout our home last month. They were all tailored to support mind and body well-being.

Out and About

Bus trips are a great way to visit our local area. The residents were able to see the changes that have occurred over the years – maybe the streets they once lived in.

We just relaxed at home in between.
